Complete Main Mission His Vile Sanctum

To start It's a Whole Phase Situation, you must have finished the main mission His Vile Sanctum.

After doing so, talk to Watching Gee kneeling on the ground by the steps to a mountain in The Low Leys area of Terminus Range.

Find Mori

# Walkthrough
1 Talk to Watching Gee at The Low Leys.

Borderlands 4 - Mori
Go to Mori’s last known location on the map. Once you arrive, kill the creeps. After killing them, pick up the candle from the ground.

Borderlands 4 - Shrine Heritage Opus
Travel to the shrine at the Heritage Opus Safehouse, at the balcony with the console. You will have to capture the Safehouse if it is your first time going there.

Borderlands 4 - At Purple Light Location
Place the candle on the shrine, which will shoot out a purple beam of light you must go to.

Borderlands 4 - Destroy Barrier
At the location, destroy the purple barrier by shooting it. Enter the cave and slide down the slope, where you will find Mori.
6 Approach and talk to Mori.

# Walkthrough

Borderlands 4 - Call Bridge Over Platform
Jump and glide over to climb the wall to reach the platform. Interact with the console to call a bridge for Mori to cross. Follow and talk to Mori, after which Mori will suddenly disappear, leaving a rift.

Borderlands 4 - Follow Mori into Rift
Enter the rift and kill the creeps on the other side.
3 Enter the next rift and kill more creeps. Pass through the next rift that appears.

Borderlands 4 - Kill Rippers
In a large section of the cave, kill the rippers.

Borderlands 4 - Find Mori Again
Run further up and turn right to find Mori, who will be snatched away again.
6 Slide down another slope to reach the heart of the cave, where you will encounter more rippers to eliminate.

Borderlands 4 - Pull Mori Out of Rift
After killing the last ripper, a rift will appear with Mori calling for help. Look up at the rift and use your grappling hook to pull Mori out of the rift.
8 Kill another wave of rippers with Mori.
9 Leave the area with Mori by following them through the rifts.
10 Return to Watching Gee at the shrine at the Heritage Opus Safehouse.
