Finish To the Limb It First

Borderlands 4 - To the Limb It Redux Side Mission Location

To start To the Limb It: Redux, you must have finished the previous missions Gone Are My Leggies and To the Limb It.

Once done, find Topper's Leggies at Rosemary's Reserve, west of Dissected Plateau. Find the Leggies on a path leading to a farm.

Free Topper from the Cell

Borderlands 4 - Follow Leggies to Topper Again
Interact with Topper's Leggies on the path to Rosemary's Reserve. On the way there, you will be attacked by manglers. The Leggies will assist you once engaged with them.

Borderlands 4 - Find Topper in Cell
Follow the Leggies until you find Topper trapped in a cell. You will have to find a way inside.

Borderlands 4 - Grappling Hook Above Cell
Look up from the cell and use the grappling hook to climb up. Go straight ahead until you reach a spot where you can drop down.

Borderlands 4 - Hole to Topper
After dropping down, you will see a hole behind you leading to Topper's cell. Go in the cell to meet Topper.
5 You will have to lead Topper out of the cell and back to the Leggies. Simply reunite with the Leggies in front of the cell, but do not stray too far from Topper as he may get caught in obstacles or stop following you.

Reuniting Topper and the Leggies will then finish the mission.
