Collect the orbs in the Eye of God antechamber and arrange them accordingly in the statues once you've reached the Golden Eye: Sword Symbol - Crimson, Dripping Symbol - Cobalt, Torch Symbol - Gold, and Rectangle Symbol - Emerald.
