Rapture - Enhanced can be found inside the Vault of Forbidden Knowledge in Vyssa Hills. The vault will be behind a waterfall inside a hidden cave.

How to Use Glyph - Rapture - Enhanced
Imbue in Weapons
Rapture is a Ecstasy Glyph, it can only be socketed into a weapon imbued with the Ecstasy Lymbic Sphere.
This is the only restriction when it comes to Glyphs. You can socket and unsocket Glyphs at any time within the Inventory menu.
