1. Examine the Locked Computer in Lethe - National Library

After arriving in Lethe - National Library, run inside the building and keep following the hallways until you find Computer Room D. Examine the computer in the room. You will need a passcode in order to unlock this.

2. Look for a Note in Lake Cynon

Hell is Us - Take the Note - Conspiracy beside the suitcase

Fast travel to Lake Cynon and go to the pinic tables overlooking the sea. Take the Note - Conspiracy on the table with a suitcase beside it. This will hint on the fact that there are clues scattered around to open the locked computer in Lethe - National Library.

3. Find the First Cryptic Clue in a Church in Jeljin

Hell is Us - Enter the church in Jeljin and take the Note - Cryptic Clue on one of the seats

Upon arriving in Jeljin, find the church beside the cemetery in Jeljin. Go inside and you will find the first Note - Cryptic Clue among the church seats on the left side of the entrance. Take this and fast travel to Marastan.

4. Find the Second Cryptic Clue in the Community Market in Marastan

Hell is Us - Go to the Community Market in Marastan
In Marastan, head up to the Community Market next to Shamino's Pawn and Thrift Shop.

Hell is Us - Take the Note - Cryptic on the table in the middle of the Community Market
Examine the table in the middle of the market to obtain the second Note - Cryptic Clue.

5. Find the Third Cryptic Clue in a Garage in the Village of Jova

5.1 Hell is Us - From the APC, turn left and climb up the fences to get to the other side of the village
From where the APC is facing, head to the road going left and climb up the fences to get to the other side of the village.

Hell is Us - Keep going down until you find the garage
Keep going down the road until you find the garage swarming with Hollow Walkers. Defeat the enemies so you can get inside the Acasa - Auto Repair Shop.

Hell is Us - Take the Note - Cryptic on the table inside the Acasa - Auto Repairs shop
Take the third Note - Cryptic Clue on the desk inside the Acasa - Auto Repair Shop.

6. Find the Fourth Cryptic Clue in Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy

Hell is Us - Go down to the Reception room and take the Note - Cryptic Clue behind the table

From the Ministry of Cultural Primacy main room, go down the nearby staircase and take the fourth Note - Cryptic Note behind the Reception table.

7. Find the Fifth Cryptic Clue in a Bus Stop in Talju

Hell is Us - Go straight and you will find the bus stop by a sidewalk

After arriving in Talju, go straight from the APC and you will find the bus stop by the sidewalk. Pick up the fifth Note - Cryptic Note lying on one of the chairs.

8. Find the Sixth Cryptic Clue in a Corridor in Lethe - National Library

Hell is Us - Defeat the enemy and take the Note - Cryptic Note

After discovering Locke's body during the Searching for the Keystone of Ecstasy investigation, tread onwards and open the door leading to another hallway. Defeat the enemy blocking your way and take the sixth Note - Cryptic Clue on the bench near the Employee Only room entrance.

9. Encode the Cyptic Clue Numbers in the Locked Computer

The Conspiracy - Input all the codes to the computer at Room D in the National Library

When all the cryptic notes are gathered, they all spell out YANKEL - 731 596. Refer back to the original note found at Lake Cynon to input the code to the computer at Room D of the National Library at Lethe.
