1. Talk to Fylias Emlyn to Get More Info About the Power Outage

Hell is Us - Talk to Fylias Emlyn to know more about the power outage situation

While exploring Marastan, you will notice that some houses do not have any electricity. You can learn more about the situation by talking to Fylias Emlyn, whose house is located next to The Soaring Eagle Fylias Emlyn himself is located in the basement of his house.

2. Take the Fuses from Seurat Albo's Garage

2.1
Hell is Us - Go to the right road of Keol and Sons to get to Seurat Albo
From Fylias Emlyn's house, go to the road on the right that will pass by Shamino's Pawn and Thrift Shop. Follow the road on the right side of Keol & Sons. The yellow house at the end of it belongs to Seurat Albo, the village mechanic.

Hell is Us - Pick up the fuses from Seurat Albo
Enter Seurat Albo's house and take the Fuses from his garage. This will activate the Good Deed.

3. Go to Fylias Emlyn's House to Activate the First Fuse

Hell is Us - Insert the first fuse in Fylias Emlyn

Go back to Fylias Emlyn's house and look for front entrance with the fuse box at its side. Open this and insert the first Fuse to restore its electricity.

4. Go to Batran Keol's House to Activate the Second Fuse

4.1
Hell is Us - Follow the road all the way to end west of Fylias Emlyn
Follow the road all the way to the end west of Fylias Emlyn's house. You will find Batran Keol's house at the end of it, where a van and a truck are parked outside.
4.2 Hell is Us - Insert the second fuse in Batran Keol
Get to the back of Batran Keol's house, which you can get to by going down through their basement. Insert the second Fuse into the fuse box to restore their electricity.

5. Go to the Meloo Family Household to Activate the Third Fuse

5.1
Hell is Us - Take the stairs to the right to get to the Meloo family
Return to Fylias Emlyn's home. Beside his house, you will find a flight of stairs leading upwards. Follow this path to find the next house with a fuse box.
5.2
Hell is Us - Insert the third fuse in the Meloo family
Insert the Fuse into their fuse box at the side of their window to restore their electricity. At this point, you have restored power to three of the affected houses. In turn, this will accomplish the Good Deed.

Giver: Gildas Brom

These are the rewards you can get from upon completing the Power to the People Good Deed. Return to the Watcher's Nest and speak with Gildas Brom to claim the rewards.

How to Unlock Power to the People

Pick Up the Fuses from Seurat Albo's Garage

Power to the People is activated once you take the fuses from Seurat Albo's garage. You will need to insert this to three of the affected houses' electric boxes in order to restore their electricity.

This Good Deed does not have any deadline and can be accomplished at any time in the game.
