How to Get The Kite Rider
Use the Wingray for the First Time
You'll get The Kite Rider achievement once you ride the Wingray for the first time! This will happen automatically during Chapter 2 Act 2 main quest, titled Veils Off in Sun or Shadow.
During the quest, you'll have to use the Wingray to chase Gilberto. Doing this will give you The Kite Rider achievement!
