- Augusta's Banner is on the first phase of the patch, released on August 28
- First phase banners include reruns of Shorekeeper and Carlotta
- Iuno's Banner is on the second phase, after Augusta
- Second phase banners includes a rerun of Ciaccona
- Thunderflare Dominion - new Signature Broadblade for Augusta
- Moongazer's Sigil - new Signature Gauntlet for Iuno
- Two new Main Quests will be added: Chapter 2, Act 8: By Sun's Burning Hand and Chapter 2, Act 9: By Moon's Fated Light
- New Area in Septimont: Sanguis Plateau
- 2 New Sonata Effects: Crown of Valor and Law of Harmony
- New Limited Daily Log-In Event rewarding the player 10 Radiant Tide and 10 Forging Tide
- 9 New Echoes (3 Unique and 6 Nightmare Versions)
- 2 New Phantom Echoes: Fallacy of No Return and Kerosaur
- 11 new events, including tower defense and a puzzle-solving minigame

Version 2.6 Optimizations and Changes
In addition to new content, Kuro Games also included a bunch of new optimizations that improves the experience of players when playing Wuthering Waves in Version 2.6:

| Optimized Utility: Flight | The player can now activate the Flight module without any height requirement and is now available in all open spaces. Flight will become available in Jinzhou and Black Shores as well. |
| Fantasies of Thousand Gateways Updates | The main page and lineup page for the Fantasies of Thousand Gateways have been optimized. New metaphors have been added and categorized more clearly. Lucid Dream state has been replaced by Divined Dream and can be activated manually when full. |
| Tower of Adversity Updates | Floor 3 and 4 have been added to Hazard Tower. Overdrive Zone will now be immediately available when the Stable and Experiment Zones are cleared without the need to clear Hazard Zone first. |
| Whimpering Wastes Updates | The burning waves feature in the Whimpering Wastes event has been updated; instead of triggering at fixed enemy waves, Burning Waves can now be activated by accumulating Ember through combat actions. Record Sync feature also added in, meaning certain floors will now be cleared automatically based on the progress made in the last cycle.* |
| Optimized Exploration Experience | Mineral collection spots will be marked on your map and the detection range of the Lootmapper has been extended. The tracking feature has been added for specific exploration quests in Jinzhou, including Viewpoints, Blobflies and Frostbugs. You can now track them from the exploration progress page and enjoy a smoother exploration experience. |
| Gallery Optimizations | A new category has been added to Gallery: Weapons and you can view the details of weapons available in the game. |
| Interface/UI Optimizations | Added one-click collection across most of the pages that list claimable rewards. Available on Guidebook, Data Bank and Event rewards. Click any "Claim" button on the reward page to claim all rewards instantly. New keyboard shortcuts and the ability to use keys to access in-game menus have been added. |
| Graphics Optimizations | Framegen (Frame Generation) support on PC will be available for more graphics cards. FSR3 (for AMD GPUs), XeSS2 (for Intel GPUs) and DLSS4 (Nvidia GPUs) Multi Framegen will be supported. 4X Framegen is available depending on your PCs graphics card.* |
