Skill Designates An Ally As Bondmate
Permansor Terrae's Skill designates one of his allies as a Bondmate. It also summons Soul Dragon for his Bondmate. His Skill also provides a stackable Shield to all his allies.
Talent Cleanses Debuff And Provides Shield
Permansor Terrae's Talent allows the Soul Dragon to cleanse one debuff and provide another Shield for all his allies when it takes action.
Ultimate Gives Shield To All Allies
Permansor Terrae's Ultimate deals damage to all enemies and provides another Shield for all his allies. It also enhances Soul Dragon and allows it to launch a Follow-Up ATK on all enemies.
When Soul Dragon does a Follow-Up ATK, it also provides a Shield for all allies.
Technique Inflicts Daze On Enemies
Permansor Terrae's Technique inflicts Daze on all enemies and makes the character who triggers the battle his Bondmate. It allows him to use his Skill immediately after entering battle.

I get you broski, the thing is people also like to pull for new chars, and they also want to pull for strong stuff, also it is kinda good for new players, I'll give you an example, if someone got an E2S1 The Herta, and now a new player can get an E0 Evernight which should be kinda around the same damage output as the E2S1 The Herta on PF and multi target scenario, then they can catch up, people that spend on E6S1 Acheron, we're getting E0's new chars around that level of dmg.
