Defier's Thorn is a 5-star Sword and is the signature weapon for the Aero character, Cartethyia. You may obtain this weapon from its own Absolute Pulsation banner running alongside Cartethyia's limited banner from June 12, 2025 to July 3, 2025.

Wildfire Mark (Broadblade)
Wildfire Mark is a 5-star Broadblade and is the signature weapon for the Fusion character, Lupa. You can get the weapon from the limited Absolute Pulsation weapon banner from July 3, 2025 to July 23, 2025, alongside Lupa's limited character banner!

5-pc: Hitting a target with Aero Erosion increases Crit Rate by 10% and grants 30% Aero DMG Bonus, lasting for 10s. |
After the 2.4 update, players will be able to get a new Echo set called Windward Pilgrimage.
This is an Aero-centric set that will be ideal for Aero Erosion units positioned for the Main DPS role. This is the ideal set for Cartethyia during her release.

5-pc: Casting Resonance Liberation increases Fusion DMG of Resonators in the team by 15% and the caster's Resonance Liberation DMG by 20%, lasting for 35s. |
The Flaming Clawprint Echo set will be available in 2.4, and will be good for Fusion units centered towards using Resonance Liberation and buffing other units. This will likely be the ideal set for the upcoming Resonator, Lupa.

Version 2.4 brings in new features that are sure to improve QoL and provide players with a better experience!
Global Filter Feature
In 2.4, Rovers can change the look of the game's visuals with global filters. These filters affect the colors for all visuals in the game, and is a fun way to experience Wuthering Waves in different ways.
Improved Asset Interactivity
After the 2.4 update, the game will have improved effects when interacting with the environment. Things such as the leaves and water will respond more realistically, improving immersion in the game.
Focus Mode in Quests
Focus Mode will become available after 2.4 as Rovers will now be able to progress through quests more easily. No Resonator or location will be unavailable while going through the quests.
In-Game Build Guides
Building characters will be easier after the 2.4 update as there will be official guides in game for Wuthering Waves. Rovers can use these as reference building characters while playing the game.
