Jinhsi's main forte material, Sentinel's Dagger, will come from the weekly boss Jue. This boss is found in the Mt. Firmament area of Huanglong. It should be available via Early Access, but can be unlocked after finishing Chapter 1 Act 7: Thaw of Eons.
