Complete Beyond the Shore's End
Shadows of the Past automatically appears in your quest list after completing Beyond the Shore's End and can be seen marked in Rinascita even before acessing the region!

Shadows of the Past (Tactical Hologram) Walkthrough
Speak to Botim
Fast-Travel to the Resonance Beacon west from Thessaleo Fells' Resonance Nexus and speak with a man named Botim.
Agree to investigate an ancestral site with an old Terminal emanating a malevolent energy, and walk south toward its location!
Investigate the Mysterious Terminal
Approach the terminal and investigate it to unlock Tactical Hologram: Phantom Pain. You may return to Botim afterward and either tell him the truth or lie to him about the Terminal's function. This will promptly end the quest and grant you its rewards!
Challenge Tactical Hologram: Phantom Pain to Earn Rewards
Before returning to Botim, you may choose challenge the Tactical Hologram first. This will allow you to battle either Fallacy of No Return or Sentry Construct and earn Trial Coins which can be exchanged for valuable rewards like the Phantom: Sentry Construct among many others!

Fighting Hecate on V and VI diff is boring. All you have to do is to dodge, wait, dodge, wait for her to finish her aoe massive attack and long animations. The only parts when you can be a little more active is when she attack you in normal way with parryable attack or between aoe attack animations (only when she do not activate her red lasers).
