Wait for Godo will appear on your map once you are within the island where the Tower of Adversity is located, east from Jinzhou City.

Talk to Dedi

Wuthering Waves - Wait for Godo - Talk to Dedi
Speak with Dedi inside a tent located west from the Tower of Adversity, and he will ask if you can take over Godo's duty of guarding the watchtower. After agreeing to help, climb to the top of the watchtower outside of the tent.

Defeat the TDs

Wuthering Waves - Wait for Godo - Defeat the TDs
TDs will spawn at the bottom of the watchtower while you stand guard, which you will have to defeat in order to complete the quest. Afterwards, you will be rewarded a Standard Supply Chest on top of the quest rewards.
