How to Get All Administrative District Treasure Chests
Administrative District Treasure Chest 1
Chest 1 is located near a Blue Telephone Booth, northwest of the Golden Theater Space Anchor.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 2
Chest 2 is hiding behind three theatrical posters with green heads. It is located east of the Golden Theater Space Anchor.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 3
Chest 3 is located at the northern entrance to the Underworld Rail. If you have not finished the Jarilo-VI Story, it can be found right beside a Silvermane Guard.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 4
Chest 4 is located east of the Book Merchant and beside cardboard boxes near the left entrance to Qlipoth Fort.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 5
Chest 5 is next to Dominic the Lecturer. It's located near the Central Plaza Space Anchor and the fountain across from the crystal monument.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 6
Chest 6 is located near the entrance to Backwater Pass. The chest is right in front of a dumpster.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 7
Chest 7 is located beside the entrance of the Goethe Grand Hotel. The chest is right in front of a locked gate.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 8
Chest 8 is found at the patio table area at the southernmost part of the map and near the Goethe Grand Hotel. The chest can be seen right under a billboard.

Chest 9 is located right beside the Goethe Hotel Space Anchor. The chest is right in front of a locked gate.

Administrative District Treasure Chest 10
Chest 10 is located near the rail to the Underworld. You need to have finished the Jarilo-VI Story in order to get to the B1 area of the Administrative District.
